What is Block Manager ? It is a graphic reference library of parts for AutoCAD R14® and AutoCAD 2000®. It lets you organize your drawings into books, chapters, pages and blocks. For a total of 25 books, each contains 25 chapters that are composed of 25 pages. A page can hold up to 20 blocks.
Why do you need it ? Because the Block Manager will help your team maintain drawing standards by viewing and using the same drawings at the same time over any network (Microsoft NT, Novell, ...) .

What's new in version 4.0? Block Manager lets you now:
    - Import hundreds of blocks in one shot with the new Import feature.
    - Search for name and/or description
    - Print pages with slide to distribute hard copy catalog
    - Optionaly substitute True Type Font for fast loading
    - Browse pages in zoom mode to see sharper details

The Block Manager will build the library for you.

Draw entities or insert an existing block in AutoCAD.
Choose a book, a chapter and a page.
Click on the New button.
Select the objects on screen and pick the base point.
Enter a description.
Let the system generate a slide.

Keep track of changes

Automatic date stamping on create and edit.
User name setting.
File locking on edit over the network.
